Location

You need to take Highway 27 West towards Uvita town. Right before getting to Uvita, take the left turning up to San Josecito (circled in red in the photo below), this is a steep, windy but paved road- Please DO NOT take the route via Playa Hermosa Village/Neighborhood.

After driving about 2.2km on this paved road, there will be a white sign to the left with HR1-HR2-HR3-HR6 written, please take this left road down, you should now be on a gravel road. Please activate your 4x4 Function. Drive this road until you come accross the wooden gate with the name HR2 on it.
